Theatre In The Valley uses the usual accepted standard practices for General Seating Venues.

• Seats are not pre-assigned. (Except to provide for special needs of Handicapped Individuals.)
• Individuals making reservations are requested to provide the following information: Contacts Name, Phone Number, Number in party: # Children, # Adult, NOTE: Please also include special needs if handicapped individuals are in your party.
• Individuals shall be provided tickets, up to the number of open seats available, on a first come first served basis. NOTE: Whenever possible parties with Handicapped individuals are given a preference towards being pre-seated. This is because there are generally only certain seating positions that are appropriate for them.
• Reservations are valid right up until to the scheduled start time. If someone with reservations has not shown up by then, they are considered a "no-show" and their seats are forfeited in favor of others waiting to be seated. (Showtimes may be delayed slightly until these audience members are seated.) NOTE: The only exceptions to this rule are when the reservation is made by Season Ticket holders. (Please note that this rule is also NOT APPLICABLE to performances outside of the regular season.)
